Margaret Fletcher

Margaret Fletcher received a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 1993 and a Master in Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 1997. She is currently a project director at Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects in Atlanta, GA, and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Architecture at Auburn University.

Fletcher has combined 19 years of experience in the design realm, specifically in architectural design, and has been inspired from the rigor of the practice. This enjoyment of rigor has become the framework for her work as it has progressed for the past 10 years. She is fully committed to work that takes a long time to create and is difficult to physically sustain over a long period of time. Satisfaction comes from knowing that she can maintain the tenacity, exactitude and precision required to produce the aesthetic response she is seeking.
