We’ve invited guest speakers to engage specific works on view in the Substitute Teacher exhibition. Come hear J. Mark Rowles, M.D. on death row inmates; David Yocum on museum madness; and exhibiting artist Brian Dettmer discuss book carving.

Head West on May 15 during the Westside Arts District 3rd Saturday Art Walk, 11 AM – 5 PM
The Westside Arts District is partnering with the West End WE Tour to bring you an art-filled Saturday west of downtown Atlanta. Ten Westside Arts District galleries host guest lectures and artist talks for the 3rd Saturday Art Walk while over 23 members of the West End Arts community at four venues open their doors to the public for The Second Annual West End Art and Studio Tour.

All participating venues are free (including ACAC) during Head West on May 15, although donations are welcome.

WE events 10 am – 9 pm
