Artist Talk: Re-Performance

Join us at ACAC as we host The Lucky Penny presenting an Artist Talk on Re-Performance with Andy Ditzler, Anya Liftig, and Adam Overton.

The Lucky Penny reunites a powerful trio of performance artists for a discussion about contemporary practices of re-performance that has gained increasing popularity amongst curators and institutions of visual culture. Los Angeles-based artist Adam Overton and New York-based performer Anya Liftig will join Atlanta’s own Andy Ditzler for a talk moderated by Lucky Penny Artistic Director Blake Beckham. Each artist is deeply rooted in Atlanta’s experimental art scene, yet the talk will be the very first occasion they share a platform together in the city that nurtured their creative development.
